Vintage Botanical 8x10" Mountain Laurel Print

This is a reproduction print of the Narrow Leaved Kalmia (also known as Mountain Laurel). The original art is from the rare text “Temple of Flora (1810)” published by Robert Thornton. The pages have been scanned in and retouched to ensure the highest quality reproduction possible. Each print is packaged in a clear sleeve with mat backing and includes branded info card.

We've stocked this brand since our inception because the botanical representations are such a natural fit, and because it is a US-based, woman-owned company.  Kate Faulk. was always fascinated by the birds, insects, and strange little things she found growing up on a farm in the south. Now, as a vintage book lover, she scouts antique stores, estate sales, and markets to find the most unique scientific illustrations from the 1600s to the 1920s.
