Why we stock this brand: Hellenic Farms founder, Vivianna, comes from a lineage of Greek foodies: her paternal grandfather owned the only bodega in the village of Armolia, Xios where surrounding villagers would come to shop, and her maternal grandparents were and still are Mastic farmers, a unique natural resin that only grows on the island of Xios. Vivianna wanted to share the quality Greek products with US friends and family, and so Hellenic Foods was born. We regularly rotate thsee products on our Hive & Hollow charcuterie plates.
