When returning items, please be sure to package them securely and provide ample padding to protect the pieces during shipment. Hive + Hollow will not be responsible for items damaged during shipment in any way. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not responsible for tracking your return, and are unable to issue a refund for lost or damaged packages. 


If you purchased your item from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for their return policies. We cannot exchange or return any items purchased from one of our retailers.
